Our material is Specialty Coffee Beans, which are high-ranked among all coffee beans.
We carefully select the green beans from all over the world, considering the place of origin and their refining process. Visiting some coffee farms in Hawaii and Laos, we have personally learned the procedure from growing coffee trees to refining green beans, and have been improving our skills and knowledge.
By handpicking the inferior beans (which could result bad flavor) before roasting, clean and pure coffee with almost no miscellaneous flavor can be produced.
After roasting, we handpick the inferior beans again. Although it takes a time and effort, it makes coffee more clean taste.
We buy only selected green beans, considering the flavor, aroma and place of origin, and carefully roast the material in order to draw out each characteristic feature of beans by temperature control and taking data. We also try more frequent roasting times, keeping each lot as small as possible, so that fresh coffee beans can be delivered to the customers.

Flavor and aroma of coffee are greatly varied depending on place of origin, refining process of green beans and deepness of roast.
The knowledge of these difference should expand your world of coffee that has usually been drunk unconsciously.
We wish you try various kinds of coffee and experience the subtle and great difference.
